By commissioning me you agree to the following:
I, as the Artist...
Have the right to post commissions to my social media for advertising. However, I will not post if you're request it
Have the right to decline any commission if I am uncomfortable with it
Have the right to draw for myself between the commission work
You, as the Client...
May not reprint your commission for a profit unless you paid it for commercial use
May print your commission for personal use
May edit, crop, and resize the commission artwork. However, I require you still credit me for the artwork
May post the work to your own website/social media, but should credit or link back to me
May request small edits and corrections to sketch or finished artwork but only 3 times. Large edits and redraws have additional charge
May not request for refunds/cancellation after payment are received
May not use my art with AI in any capacity. No editing or Database training.

Payment Information
Payment in full upfront or pay 50% first in advance after the sketch is fixed
The Commission continues to start coloring only when payment is received
Your commission order will be canceled if you fail to pay within 3 days
If I’m unable to do your commission, I’ll fully refund you. Otherwise, no refunds
NOT ACCEPT any email confirmation. If the payment is not transferred into my Paypal and you said you already sent it but need the email confirmation, I will directly block you and the commission will be cancelled.

Extra Note:
Working time is 3 - 14 days depending on the complexity or irl stuff
You will get the artwork without the watermark with a background and without the background/transparent
Regular canvas size 1:1 for bust up, chibi (icon, half, full), half body, and 3:4 for half body and full body. Canvas size can be requested
Free simple background (solid color with/without pattern)
Free requested doodles
Requested background costs +50k / 20$
Additional details (accessories etc) costs +50k / 20$ per one detail
Additional characters cost +100% price (max 4 characters in one canvas)
Rush work will get an additional charge +70% price
Large edits and redraws get additional charge : +50% price for large edits, +100% price for redraw
Commercial use costs 3x price
Purchases priced at 170k/50$ or more will get a bonus 1 chibi half body!
