HOW TO ORDER??

✿ Please contact me on my Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or Tiktok and then send me:
→ Commission type (Surprise Me or YCH)
→ Reference, can be a fictional character or real person (recommended full body)
→ Character details (for Surprise Me please share about their personality, a bit their background (optional), or maybe a concept by yourself if you have one)
→ Background color + Pattern + Doodles (optional for YCH)
✿ After I confirm your order, client should proceed with full payment before I start the commission.
✿ Payment time is within 48 hours. If you fail to pay within 48 hours, the commission order will be considered cancelled.
✿ I will give updates on the artwork's progress. During this time, I will ask for any revisions and the client can suggest minor changes if needed (For Surprise Me there's no updates progress and minor revision only after finishing)
✿ Don't forget to read the Terms of Service and feel free to ask if there's anything you don't fully understand before commissioning me^^

RIGHT AND USE
✿ I have the right to post the commission wip and final result on my social media for advertising and portfolio purposes. However, if you request otherwise, I will not post them publicly but will still include the final result in my portfolio samples on VGen and Cara.
✿ I have the right to decline any commission if I am uncomfortable with it or if I feel it is too difficult for me to handle.
✿ Client has the right to upload the commission result on social media or their website and may edit, crop, or resize it but with proper credit to me.
✿ Client can print the commission result for personal use only.
✿ The price is for personal use only. Commission result for personal use may not be reproduced or used for any profit unless you have paid for commercial use. I may draw personal art in between commissions for my well-being.COMMERCIAL USE
✿ The following includes commercial use: Streaming, Vtuber Model, used for YouTube & Twitch, Prints, Merch, Ads, and anything that will be sold for profit is considered commercial use, such as: Cover/packaging for product, freebies for product that you sell, Banner/ Thumbnail for Youtube/ Twich, Cover for Music Video on Youtube.AGREEMENT
✿ Client must provide clear references (poses, costumes, etc.).
✿ Client are fully aware of my art style and agree not to demand that I use another style.
✿ Both the client and the artist agree to keep their communication during the commission process private.PAYMENT
✿ Payment is required upfront before start working on commission with full payment. I only start the commission after payment is paid.REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
✿ Commission cannot be canceled or refunded after payment is made.
✿ Client will receive a 100% refund if I am unable to complete the commission work. Otherwise, no refund.
✿ Cancellation maximum H+1 after I confirm your request.
✿ If the client orders (already paid) and the response from either side is slow for a long time, the order cannot be cancelled.
✿ If the client orders (has not paid) and the response from either side is slow for a long time, it will be considered cancelled.REVISIONS
✿ Revisions are allowed for minor edits and corrections only. A maximum of 3 revisions is permitted for each update (sketch and coloring), and 1 revision is allowed for the final artwork.
✿ Major edits and redraw will get an additional charge.TURNAROUND TIME
✿ Work will begin after the payment is received. The estimated turnaround time is 3 - 14 days. It can be faster or slower depends on the complexity of the artwork, personal circumstances, or the queue.
✿ Rush work will get an additional charge.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
✿ The commission result MUST NOT BE USED TO AI TRAINING/NFT. If I discover that the commission result I created is being used for AI/ NFT purposes, I will demand a penalty of 10x the original commission price.COMMUNICATION

✿ Free doodles.
✿ Free simple background (solid color with or without a pattern. The pattern for the background is also free).
✿ Requested background costs +90k / 20$.
✿ Additional details (accessories, clothing details, jewelry, items, etc) costs +30k-50k / 5$-10$ for each detail (according to size of the item).
✿ Additional characters cost +100% of the normal price (maximum 4 characters in one canvas).
✿ Rush order will get an additional charge +50% of the normal price.
✿ Major edits will get an additional charge +50% of the normal price.
✿ Redraw will get an additional charge +100% of the normal price.
